Background: The role of different lymphocyte subsets in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is still to be elucidated. It has previously been reported contradictory data concerning the levels T Follicular Helper (TFH) cells and differentiated B peripheral blood AS patients. In addition, connection disease related parameters fully revealed. Objectives: purpose this study was investigate level CD4+TFH CD27+CD38+/CD38- patients with from northern Sweden compare age sex-matched controls.
